If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason:

- Within 48 hours a 50% charge will incur

- Within 24 hours a 100% charge will incur

- No shows also require 100% payment.

If you need to reschedule your appointment you must do so 72 hours before your appointment too avoid a cancellation fee.

If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule and a 100% fee will incur.

All beauty appointments require a £10 non-refundable deposit.

All hair appointments require a £25 non-refundable deposit.
